The training plan should be followed for 1 full training block (usually 4 - 8 weeks). After this time it is a good idea to re-evaluate and tweak the plan to continue getting the best results.

Please note:
If you purchase a one-off training plan you are entitled to 1 amendment free of charge. This amendment must be requested within 7 days of receiving your plan. After this initial 7 day period there will be a £10 surcharge per amendment.
