You are allowed to print and/or download your own purchased materials for your personal use, but not for commercial use without a licence from us. You must not alter anything, or use any illustrations, video, audio or photographs. Any breach of these terms will result in legal action against you.
NATHAN BANQ does not guarantee any specific outcome from the purchase of any Service on this website nor does he claim to hold any medical or nutritional qualifications. NATHAN BANQ is not a health care professional and does not claim to be or have ever been one. By using this website and/or purchasing any Service you hereby confirm that you are doing so of your own free will as a request for advice which may or may not be followed at your own discretion. You are also confirming that you have approval from your GP to undertake an exercise and/or diet regiment and that you have no health conditions or contraindications that would prevent you from safely doing so.

We exclude all legal responsibility and/or liability for any adverse effects experienced by Clients of nathanbanq.com. All questionnaires and forms received from or on behalf of NATHAN BANQ are covered by these Terms and Conditions.
By purchasing Online Coaching or Training Plan the Client acknowledges that they are physically and mentally competent to undertake the training regiment in a safe and suitable environment and perform exercises with correct form. The Client assumes full legal responsibility and liability for any subsequent injuries that may or may not occur whether due to poor form, inadequate training environment and/or any other fathomable circumstance.
By Purchasing Online Coaching, Nutrition Management or Nutrition Plan the Client assumes full legal responsibility and liability for any adverse reaction, digestive issues, weight gain, weight loss and/or any other fathomable undesired outcome.
NATHAN BANQ does not provide medical advice, diagnose medical conditions or provide cures, remedies or solutions to any health-related conditions or ailments.
Payment must be received in full prior to any Service or product being created. Both one time and recurring monthly payments can be completed via nathanbanq.com. Monthly payments will be collected by Direct Debit.
If for any reason you wish to discontinue a monthly recurring payment please cancel the Direct Debit instruction with your bank and send written confirmation to [email protected]. In this circumstance, your Service will be terminated and cease immediately.
In accordance with UK consumer rights law, NATHAN BANQ is not obliged to provide a refund on digital products (which includes all plans and monthly coaching options) purchased through nathanbanq.com. Once a Service has been purchased you do not have a right to cancel and request a refund.

By making any purchase on nathanbanq.com you are agreeing to abide by this Terms and Conditions agreement. This website and any Service available for purchase must be used only by the paying Client for the agreed intended purposes as detailed in the client questionnaire.
As detailed in “Section 2” and “Section 3” of this agreement, you must not attempt to sell, transfer, licence, assign, replicate or commit any infringement on the intellectual property of NATHAN BANQ or any part of nathanbanq.com.
You must not do anything which is a criminal offence under a law called the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Any breach will result in your right to use the site being terminated immediately. We will report you to the relevant authorities and give them your identity.
Examples of computer misuse include introducing viruses, worms, Trojans and other technologically harmful or damaging material.
