Outside of the bodybuilding fraternity, it’s often assumed that the only way a person can reach a certain level of muscularity is to use and abuse anabolic steroids and other performance enhancing drugs. While there is some truth to this, the “certain level of muscularity” in question can be so much higher than some may assume.
In the same way that a person with great genetics can get huge naturally when combined with correct training and nutrition, many an average Joe with average genetics are “on the gear” and still struggling to grow.
